other reports including:
Financial and Operating Metrics - Operating
margins and sales, general, and administrative expenses (SG&A)
are reported based on the size of companies and their mix of
services. All numbers are reported based on their percentage
of revenue, so it is easy to see how your company measures up
to the minimum, average, median, and maximum reported values.
IT Services Executive and
Management Compensation - Since 1995, this study
has fully analyzed the compensation practices for executives
and managers in IT Services and systems integration firms.
The study looks at geographical differences based on
multiple levels of responsibility, from small branches to
large business units.
Sales and Recruiter Compensation, Headcount, and Turnover -
A benchmarking study of key organizational ratios to
compare your firm against others of similar size and mix of
services. The report examines compensation plans,
performance metrics, and the relationships of salespeople
and recruiters to each other as well as to other employee
groups.
Technical Recruiting and VMS Activity - An in-depth
look at the scope, impact, and direction of VMS activity,
along with performance ratings for popular technical
recruiting sources. Published in November 2004.
Outsourcing and Offshore Trends - An in-depth look at
the scope and direction of outsourced services, which
services are being outsourced, and the roles of offshore
(and near-shore) points of service.
