We are headquartered in the Philadelphia area and are highly involved with companies and organizations in our region. However, our capabilities are global, having completed successful transactions around the world.  Additionally, we have a close partnership with Regent Associates, a leading technology investment bank based in the United Kingdom, with whom we have closed several cross-border transactions.
