Charles S. Hayes Inc., which is based in South Bend, Indiana, develops and operates telecommunications towers for wireless carriers and continues to be a major tower and telecom presence in northern Indiana. Fairmount Partners acted as advisor to Charles S. Hayes Inc. in the sale transaction.
