W. CONSHOHOCKEN, PA - December 19, 2007 - T. Williams Consulting, LLC (“TWC”), a leading Philadelphia-based provider of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and specialty HR consulting services, was acquired today by COMSYS IT Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ:CITP), a leading IT services company with 47 offices across the U.S. and offices in Canada and the U.K. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

The transaction was initiated by Fairmount Partners, a specialty investment banking firm based outside Philadelphia, PA, which acted as financial advisor to T. Williams Consulting, LLC.
