CONSHOHOCKEN, PA - October 30, 2008 - PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”) LLP announced an agreement to acquire substantially all the assets of Entology, Inc., an enterprise technology solutions consulting firm and the leader in implementing Oracle® Security Solutions. Entology has been awarded the Oracle Titan Award for Excellence in Security and Identity Management in 2006, 2007 and 2008. Entology CEO Lawrence R. Prager will join PwC as a managing director and member of the firm's Oracle and Security practices. Financial details of this transaction were not publicly disclosed.
