HATFIELD, PA – October 22, 2008 – Clemens Development, LLC closed on a $19,000,000 construction loan with Wilmington Trust for its Hatfield Pointe retail center project in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Clemens Development, LLC is a real estate subsidiary of The Clemens Family Corporation which owns Hatfield Quality Meats, Inc., a leading manufacturer and supplier of fresh and processed quality pork products such as hams, bacon, sausage, hot dogs and deli meats.
